And that is quite working out well for Chelsea so far as they are currently sitted in first position on the Premier League table ahead of their next league match against Watford.
But then, Chelsea could now be rocked with reports that young central defender Malang Sarr could be on his way out of the club when the transfer window opens.
The 22-year-old France International, who joined Chelsea from Ligue 1 side Nice in 2020 has so far struggled to break into the first-team squad since he made the move.
Infact, the young centre-back was sent out on loan to Porto during the 2020/2021 season where he scored two goals in 27 appearances in all competitions.
However, Malang Sarr returned to Chelsea during the summer and has since found it difficult to break into manager Thomas Tuchel’s plans.
That said, Malang Sarr has made just three appearances in all competitions for Chelsea so far this season and due to that, he could now be contemplating on a move away from the club.
And according to reports from The Sun, Serie A giants Inter Milan are interested in signing him to their squad when the transfer window opens in January.
The reports further claimed that the Serie A giants want to sign him on loan in January and are seeking an option to make his move permanent next summer for a fee worth up to £13million.
That said, it remains to be seen if Malang Sarr will be patient enough to wait for his opportunities at Chelsea or he will be ready to join Inter Milan when the transfer window opens next year.
