Report: AC Milan keen on moving in for Chelsea’s young forward Armando Broja

Armando Broja, a young forward for Chelsea who might fill in for the seasoned Zlatan Ibrahimovic at San Siro, is reportedly a target for AC Milan.

The Chelsea sensation Broja has reportedly come to the attention of AC Milan, who is looking to add a new No. 9, according to a report from the Italian news outlet Calciomercato.

Ibrahimovic is expected to retire at the end of the current campaign, forcing AC Milan to look for a replacement to bolster their front line come the next summer.

West Ham United, a local rival of Chelsea, showed strong interest in Broja during the summer transfer window earlier this year, but the Albanian attacker ultimately chose to remain with the Blues, playing for then-head coach Thomas Tuchel.

It is unknown whether Graham Potter, the newly hired Chelsea manager, will be equally eager to include Broja in his first-team plans at the Bridge after the much-experienced Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was signed on the final day of the transfer window.
