Check Out Champions League Fixtures Schedule for the 2021/2022 Season knockout Phases. #UCLdraw



The 2021/2022 Champions League season is at its halfway stage following the conclusion of the group stages fixtures.

Already, all teams that finished first and second in their respective groups are awaiting a favourable draw for the next round, which is the round of 16 and all knockout phases.

Ajax, Manchester United, Lille, Juventus, Real Madrid, Liverpool, Manchester City and Bayern Munich all qualified as group winners.
On the other hand, Chelsea, Villarreal, Benfica, Inter Milan, Paris St Germain, Atlético Madrid, Salzburg and Sporting Lisbon all finished second in their respective groups as well.

As the draw will be made today, it will interest you to know when the fixture schedule is for the remainder of the 2021/2022 Champions League season.

In this article, I will reveal to you the fixture schedule for the round of 16, the quarter-finals, the semi-finals and the final match itself. Note that after the conclusion of the draw for the round of 16, further draws will be held after each round have been decided.

Below is the fixture schedule for the knockout phases. Ensure you save these dates.

The first legs of the round of 16 fixtures are scheduled for Tuesday 15th, Wednesday 16, Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd of February 2022.

The return leg fixtures will then hold on Tuesday 8th, Wednesday 9th, Tuesday 15th and Wednesday 16th of March 2022.

After the round of 16 fixtures, the winners from each match up will participate in the quarter-finals which will hold on Tuesday 5th, Wednesday 6th and Tuesday 12th and Wednesday 13th of April 2022.

The four remaining teams after the quarter-final fixtures will then participate in the semifinal matches. The first legs will be played on Tuesday 26th and Wednesday 27th of May 2022. The second leg fixtures will then be on the 3rd and 4th of May 2022.

The final of the UEFA Champions League for 2021/2022 will take place on Saturday 28th of May 2022.

With the fixture schedule for the knockout stages revealed, all teams would only have to wait to know their opponent in the round of 16 fixtures.

Note that teams from the same leagues can’t be drawn against each other for now. Furthermore, teams cannot draw the teams from their groups in the group stages. Additionally, all group winners are seeded while runner-up are unseeded for the draw.
