Tuchel Thomas may still be figuring a way to get the better of Romelu Lukaku in front of goals, and may likely try pairing the Belgium all-time goalscorer with fit again Christian Pulisic. But with Romelu Lukaku likely to miss the game due to muscular fatigue, it will be interesting to see how the German tactician set his team up against the bees. However, it is likely he will opt for same 3-4-1-2 Formation regardless of Romelu Lukaku availability.

Eduardo Mendy is likely keep his spot in goal. Antonio Rudiger, Christensen and Trevoh Chalobah are likely to start in the back three. Ballon d’Or Nominee in Jorginho is likely to start alongside Mateo Kovacic or another Ballon d’Or Nominee in N’golo Kante, if passed fit to start. Marcos Alonso is likely to starts in the left wingback and Cesar Azpilicueta in the the right wingback, as James Reece continues his recovery. In attack, Kai Harvetz or Mason Mount in the No. 10 role behind Timo werner and Hakim Ziyech, as Romelu Lukaku and Christian Pulisic are likely to start from the bench.
