Bre vs Che: Chelsea strongest XI In A 4-3-3 Formation To Face Brentford Without 6 Key Players

Chelsea will look to snap their winless streak when they face Brentford in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday night.

Chelsea are expected to be without six of their key players for Wednesday’s game. Lukaku, Werner, Odoi, and Chiwell have all been detected with Covid-19 and will not be available on Wednesday. Also, Hakim Ziyech and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are recovering from minor injuries and will most likely miss Wednesday’s game.

Meanwhile, Here is my strongest lineup without these six players to take on Brentford on Wednesday;

Tuchel should put Kepa back in the starting lineup, in my opinion. Despite not playing much this season, he has been outstanding. He should start ahead of Mendy, whose performance has recently deteriorated.

My preferred trio defenders for this game would be James, Thiago, Rudiger, and Alonso.

Jorginho has returned to training, and I expect Tuchel to start him in midfield alongside Kante and Kovacic. On Wednesday, I believe these three will provide stability to the team.

Kai Havertz returned to training today, and I expect him to start as Chelsea’s false nine on Wednesday. In attack, he should be assisted by Pulisic and Mount.
